The equipment may be used for pipes up to 3000 mm in length.The force pack powered by water and an edge make up the pipe testing apparatus. The edges are created utilising a robust, two-section design that has a common pivotal and horizontal stiffness that is precisely adjusted. An actuator with dual actions that is of servo quality is built within the crosshead. The actuator is opposed by a pivot framework to prevent the actuator's natural tendency to turn. The double acting actuator has a 300 mm stroke. For precise burden estimation and shut-circle management, the burden cell is used.
The edge does not permit transporting the pipe testing
equipment's frame. All the components required to perform this are offered. The
edge should be anchored to the sturdy foundation. V-molded base carriers that
can be fastened to the solid base are provided on the edge. For the power pack,
there are also 2 options available. The Pipe Testing Equipment can be equipped
with a twin stage, restricted by BC 100, advanced automatic power pack with
proportional valve, or basic programmed power pack.
